What we collect

When you request vehicle offers, we collect the information you provide: vehicle details, location, condition, ownership information, existing offer, vehicle photos, contact details and contact permission. Do not include identification documents, bank details or other sensitive documents in this form.

Photos are resized and re-encoded in your browser before upload. Photo files are stored privately and are available to our authorized team. Upload only vehicle photos, not people or personal documents. Optional VIN checks send the VIN to the public NHTSA vPIC service to identify the vehicle; your contact details are not sent with that check. Links to external valuation providers open their websites and are subject to their privacy practices.

To carry your car from the homepage to the request page, we keep only the basic vehicle details, ZIP code, an anonymous visit identifier and campaign attribution in session storage in your browser for up to 30 minutes. Contact details, VIN and photos are not included in that handoff draft. You can clear it by closing the tab or clearing site data.

How we use it

We use your information to review your vehicle, contact you, arrange an inspection if needed, request dealer offers and coordinate a possible sale. We record the date and text version of your contact permission. Submission does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Sharing with dealers and service providers

We share vehicle information with relevant dealers to request offers. We do not include your phone number or email in initial dealer requests. Any direct introduction is coordinated with you. Our authorized team receives application details, including the contact information you provide, in our private Telegram applications topic and our restricted Google Sheets lead tracker to review and follow up on your request. Our hosting and storage providers process information to operate this website. We do not sell your contact details to advertising lists.

Measurement

We record basic page visits and form-stage events, and store campaign tags and advertising click identifiers supplied in the page URL with your request. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, traffic sources, scrolling, link clicks and completed requests. Google Analytics uses analytics cookies and processes browser and device information. We send event names, not the contact details, VIN or free-text answers you enter in our form. Google signals and ad personalization are disabled. We do not load Google Analytics when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also block analytics using your browser settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not load advertising pixels in this version. A daily hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions. Visits are approximate and do not identify a unique person by themselves.

Retention and your choices

We retain request records while working on your request and evaluating our pilot. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop further contact. We may retain records needed for an active transaction or required recordkeeping. We will confirm your identity before fulfilling a request. Text STOP to stop texts, or email us to withdraw contact permission.

Security

Lead records are stored server-side. Access to our lead management area is restricted to the owner. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We do not request payment details through this website.

Audience and updates

This service is for adult vehicle owners in Orange County, California. We may update this policy as our service changes. The current effective date appears above.
